Q: How long am I committed for once I sign up?

We pay our hosting suppliers upfront for your services for the year. Therefore your website plan renews annually. You will get an email one month before your renewal next year.

Q: Can I cancel during the annual term?

You can pay a lump sum in order to end your contract early, which covers the costs we have paid until the end of the year and any work we have undertaken.

Q: Can I start on a cheaper/more expensive plan and upgrade/downgrade later?

Yes. Your website is on an annual renewal. In that time, you can upgrade and downgrade your web management plan.

Q: How do I get my invoices?

You will receive a private link with your invoices. We recommend bookmarking your link for future use.

Plans & Services

Q: I can't decide which Web Management plan is for me.

The Web Management Plan is the most affordable plan for businesses who need a great website but get most of their work/leads elsewhere. The Pro plan is for businesses wanting to grow their Google ranking. We also have some great add-ons which can help you get the most from your website.

Q: What changes to my website are included in my plan?

Changes such as swapping images and text that are already on the website are included in your plan.

For example:

- adding promotions

- changing text or images

- changing your opening hours

- us answering your website-related questions or ideas

Q: How quickly will you do my web changes?

We will run through all requests twice a week. Therefore you can expect any changes to be addressed within a couple of working days. Olease let us know if something is urgent and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: What changes to my website are not included?

- Very time-intensive changes like installing apps (such as a shop or booking system) are not included. We can quote for this

- Repeatedly adding and removing items is not included. 

- Entire re-designs or major re-structures are not included. 

- We will not undertake anything on your behalf that is part of running your business. This includes managing products in a shop, processing orders, taking payments, managing communications, blogging, marketing work, etc.

All work is done within our Fair Usage policy.

Q: Is there a limit on changes I can make to my website?

To keep our prices low, we have a discretionary cap of 1 hour a year. We work quickly and very few of our clients require any more. We also work to a Fair usage policy.

Q: How long am I committed to any add-ons?

No commitment. All add-ons can be added or removed ad-hoc with a month's notice. However we politely ask you don't do this too often as it takes us time to set up and remove you from the relevant lists and we may have already done work in advance for you.

Q: While on a management plan, what are my responsibilities as the business owner?

We will not manage anything on your behalf that is part of running your business. This includes managing products in a shop, processing orders, taking payments, managing communications. Your website is a valuable tool for your business. We keep it running, and it is your job to use it appropriately to boost your business.

Q: Are there ever any extra charges?

In very rare cases, clients ask us to do things outside of the Web Management plans. It could be regularly adding a blog for them, sending reports, or other work that is technically the business owners' responsibility and not a web designer. In this circumstance we will agree an extra monthly charge to cover the requested work.

Q: What if I go over my time, or request something outside of the plan?

We will be honest if you're outside of our Fair Usage policy. We are flexible and happy to help, but our exceptionally low prices exist for a reason. We need to keep our time carefully monitored (don't forget that we pay for your hosting, domain name AND security costs from your monthly fee as well as our time!) You'll have the option to stop requesting changes or pay an hourly rate.
