Reset your email password

Please note you can only do this yourself if you have more than 1 professional Mailbox as it requires a code to be sent. If you only have 1 professional mailbox (that you pay for) then Shaun will need to do this for you.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOOGLE (GMAIL) ACCOUNTS:


1. Go to admin.google.com and login with your admin account. This will be one of your professional email addresses. If you only have 1 professional mailbox and you are locked out, you cannot do this. Message us instead.

2. Find manage users, click on the one you want to reset, and click reset password.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS:


1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com), go to the Users > Active users page. If you only have 1 professional mailbox and you are locked out, you cannot do this. Message us instead.


2. On the Active users page, select the user you'd like to reset and then select Reset password.


3. Follow the instructions on the Reset password page to auto-generate a new password for the user or create one for them, and then select Reset.


4. Enter your email address to get the new password, and then send to the user's alternate email address or give it to them in person.
