If you require a third party to have access to your website, you agree to the below.
This could be a marketing company or another designer.
By granting a third party access to your website, Online Designs (Kwoosh Ltd) relinquishes all responsibility for any modifications, errors, malfunctions, security vulnerabilities, or data loss that may occur as a result of third-party edits.
We will continue hosting your website, which means keeping it hosted on a sever and connected to the domain name. Most of our normal services for you will continue operating. However, we can no longer be held responsible for the integrity of the design.
It also may result in the downgrading of your plan from Web Management to Hosting Only, if not already actioned. This is so you are not paying for us to monitor your design when we can no longer do so.
Online Designs is not responsible for any errors, security breaches, downtime, broken functionality, SEO impact, or any other issues resulting from third-party modifications. Any future troubleshooting, fixes, or restoration services provided by us to third-party actions may be subject to additional fees and a new service agreement.
You agree to remove Online Designs (Kwoosh Ltd) from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from changes made by your third party.
If the third party makes changes to your website that we feel are at odds with our opinions and services and that we can no longer in good faith manage your website, we reserve the right to cancel your contract and terminate your services with us.
We are still here for advice and help anytime.
